I’m Justin Trinidad—a Developer, Visionary, and Leader with over 10 years of management experience and a fresh chapter unfolding in software engineering and development. I started my career leading high-performing teams across retail, business to business wireline solutions, recruitment, marketing, and human resources. As a store manager at AT&T, I specialized in connecting people to meaningful solutions while building scalable, results-driven strategies that empowered employees and elevated the customer experience.

That same passion for development—both people and processes—is what inspired me to transition into tech.

Today, I’m leveraging my leadership background and business insight to build user-focused digital experiences as a software engineer. I believe the best products don’t just solve problems—they connect with people. That’s why I approach every line of code with purpose, blending my experience in operations and HR with a developer’s mindset. Whether I’m writing clean, efficient code or collaborating with cross-functional teams, I bring a rare combo of strategic thinking and executional grit. I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in HR. My long-term goal?
